Stars, talent, language, creativity, and farewells — our last week had it all!
Wow, what a busy and exciting last week of Term 3 it has been! There was so much happening across our kura, and our tamariki and staff have been amazing.
Some highlights from the week include:
- Homai Got Challenge – Our talented tamariki showcased their skills and creativity. What a fantastic celebration of talent! 🌟
- Trip to Stardome – Exploring the stars and learning about our universe was a real highlight for everyone. 🌌
- Whaea Lisa’s Last Week – We said a heartfelt farewell to Whaea Lisa. Thank you for all your mahi and aroha — you will be missed! 💜
- Te Reo Māori Week Celebration – Our kura was buzzing with learning and fun activities celebrating Te Reo Māori. Tamariki took part in classroom challenges and cultural activities, showing their pride in our language and culture. 🗣️✨
- Korowai Project – Our ākonga created beautiful korowai, reflecting their uniqueness and learning. Such amazing creativity! 🖌️
It was a full-on week, but filled with laughter, learning, and special moments. A huge thank you to all our tamariki, kaiako, and whānau for making it such a memorable end to the term.
